ku33 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ku33", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the ku33 platform operating at https://ku33.onl and its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates.
• "Platform" — refers to the ku33 website, mobile web application, and all associated services, tools, games, and features accessible through https://ku33.onl.

If you are accessing the ku33 Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions and that such person or entity also meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

Access to the ku33 Platform and the right to place bets or wagers is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ku33 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds held in that Account will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity acting in its own right.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and National Identity Card (NID) number.
• You must not already hold an existing ku33 Account. Each person is permitted to maintain exactly one Account. Creation of multiple Accounts will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of ku33, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.

ku33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ku33 support may result in the suspension or closure of your Account pending verification.

The KYC verification process requires submission of a valid, government-issued photo identification document. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be restricted from making withdrawals until the process is finalised to ku33's satisfaction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ku33 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-step verification codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify ku33 immediately via the live support channel if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. ku33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

ku33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Transactions are facilitated through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the name of the ku33 Account holder. Third-party payment arrangements are strictly prohibited.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ku33 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ku33 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 30 minutes for Accounts that have completed KYC verification. ku33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership and source-of-funds declarations.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account previously used to make a deposit, subject to the minimum deposit threshold having been met from that account.
• ku33 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• In the event that a deposited payment is reversed or charged back by the payment provider, ku33 reserves the right to void any bets placed using those funds and to recover the corresponding amount from the Player's Account Balance.
• ku33 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on any Account Balance.

ku33 offers bonuses and promotions to registered Players from time to time, subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the ku33 Platform:

• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer terms) must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, bonuses may only be used on games specified as eligible for that promotion. Wagers placed on ineligible games will not count towards satisfying the wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are separate from the Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is wagered before Bonus Balance unless the specific offer states otherwise.

ku33 reserves the right to amend the wagering requirements or terms of any bonus at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active bonus terms via the platform notification system.

All bets placed on the ku33 Platform are subject to the game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all betting products:

• A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of an on-screen confirmation message. ku33 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined at the time the bet is settled, not at the time of placement, except in the case of fixed-odds sports bets where the odds are locked at the time of placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ku33 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account Balances, and may result in legal action:

• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any other illegal source.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ku33 staff, contractors, or other Players through any communication channel.
